General Duties of the Bar tenders
1. Get the keys to the bar from the previous bartender on duty.
2. Open the club for curlers, usually 30-40 minutes before the first scheduled game.
3. Once everyone has left, secure the cash box, lock the fridge doors and the cooler door and close the club. All lights are to be turned off.
4. Pass the key on to the next bartender on duty before his stint is due to begin.
